We welcome you as a new patient to our office and appreciate your interest in choosing us to help you achieve health and a vibrant quality of life. Below are some important reminders to help you prepare for your first visit.

Our comprehensive services are only availble to our patients. If you are interested in becoming a new patient, please contact us or give us a call at 636-489-2000 to get set up.

New Patient Fees

New patient fees are $250.00. $50.00 is due at the time that you schedule the appointment and the remaining $200.00 on the day of the visit. The $50.00 fee is non-refundable but you are able to reschedule your appointment as many times as you need to.

Insurance

We do not accept any form of insurance coverage due to the high cost of administration. However, we provide you with a paid receipt to show full payments, diagnosis codes and treatment codes so that you may turn them into your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement.
