Patient FAQs

How do I become a patient?

You must first have an in-person new patient visit that includes a full health history, brief physical exam and/or labs and imaging, if necessary.  You will return for a follow up visit where your plan of care will be shared and treatment scheduled.  If necessary, you may receive any of the therapies/treatments available at Wildwood Integrative Healthcare after your first visit.

Is there any other way to receive treatment at Wildwood Integrative Healthcare?

Yes, you may be referred directly by your physician for specific treatment.  A simple order/note from the physician is all that is needed.

What does a new patient visit cost?

$250.00, $50.00 due at the time that you schedule the appointment and the remaining $200.00 on the day of the visit.  The $50.00 fee is non-refundable but you are able to reschedule your appointment as many times as you need to.

Can I cancel my new patient visit?

Yes, please give at least a 24-hour notice by calling the office at 636-489-2000. It is acceptable to leave a message stating you are cancelling. If you miss your appointment without cancelling you will be charged an additional $50 before you can reschedule.
