Patient FAQs
You must first have an in-person NEW PATIENT VISIT that includes a full health history, brief physical exam and/or labs and imaging, if necessary. You will return for a follow up visit where your plan of care will be shared and treatment scheduled. If necessary, you may receive any of the therapies/treatments available at Wildwood Integrative Healthcare after your first visit.
New Patient visits are $250.00 and Follow-up visits are $125.00. Please call the office at 636.489.2000 to schedule your first visit.
Yes, you may be referred directly by your physician for specific treatment. A simple order/note from the physician is all that is needed.
$250.00
$50.00 due at the time that you schedule the appointment and the remaining $200.00 on the day of the visit.
The $50.00 fee is non-refundable but you are able to reschedule your appointment if you give the office staff at least 24 hours notice. You may reschedule as many times as you need to. The reason the $50.00 fee is non-refundable is so that patients value the nurse practitioner’s time. A good number of people were making appointments and then not showing up. This left a hole in Pat’s schedule that could not be filled while she has a long waiting list. Thank you for understanding this rule.

Patient prescriptions are usually filled for a six(6) month period of time.
Step 1: Look on your bottle/container to see if you have any refills left within the 6-month window of time. If you have refills, please call your pharmacy.
Step 2: If you do not have any refills left, please have your blood drawn using the lab requisition you were given at your last in person visit so that Pat can safely re-prescribe. Remember to call the office the day that you have your blood drawn to alert us that you will be needing a refill(s). Please note: YOU WILL HAVE TO HAVE AN IN-PERSON VISIT ON A YEARLY BASIS. However, refills can happen at your six-month mark with no office visit. Please understand that if you let you prescription expire Pat WILL NOT be able to prescribe interim dosing so be pro-active and CALL US BEFORE YOU RUN OUT.
